Kurmond Social

This is a superb Italian restaurant. I’ve eaten nearly everything on the menu and not one item was below a 5star. You won’t be disappointed and will impress any guests you take there.

Delicious anniversary dinner that was made even sweeter with a voucher that I'd won to dine there! Kurmond Social didn't disappoint. Welcoming and attentive wait staff, generous serving sizes, fresh and local ingredients. We were fortunate to be dining when a local Bilpin Fig special was running and the dessert was delicious Can recommend for a special dinner with a loved one

We had a nice time, table of 6 pax. 2 kids who had kids' pizzas, you pick the toppings you want (one margherita and one salami), and they finished everything. I had some chilli prawns which were great , not too spices, just right. After I had the veal saltimbocca, amazing . I really recommend it. We'll come back next time we are around. Staff is friendly and the boss too. Price? I don't know because for once I didn't pay for the bill... but I'm guessing around 60 per person.

We had a wonderful lunch with the family. Everyone was well catered for. Apart from the great food and excellent service, compliments to the waiter for the good advice for our wine choice. I live far away but will be coming back.

We visited Kurmond Social on a Saturday evening while staying in the area. We were really looking forward to a nice meal, and this place seemed like the best choice. We called around 7:00 pm to ask about availability for six people and were told they were closing at 8:00 pm and not taking any more bookings. That felt unusual for a busy place on a Saturday night, so we decided to go anyway. When we arrived, we were not warmly welcomed. The team told us there was a delay of an hour and that the kitchen would be closing by then. We waited near the Italian pantry section, unsure if we would even be seated. Thankfully, a table became available, and we were told the kitchen would actually be open until 9:00 pm — which made it feel like the staff just did not want to take more customers. Everything turned around when Cheryl looked after us. She was so friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable — a real standout. The manager (or owner) also came over and was lovely, checking in on us and offering great recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious — five stars to the chefs! This place has huge potential, especially in an area with limited high-quality options. But the front-of-house team could use more training, as we nearly missed out on a this experience because of how our evening began

These guys are something special. The lady at the counter was just amazing. We found this place by chance. It was closing after the lunch trade but she happily took our takeaway order. And the food was mind blowingly fantastic. Have to plan a trip for a sit down...definitely recommend this place for a special occasion. Just beautiful
